Manufactured group by Ian Anthony Stephens, released one single in 1983 (Evergreen).

Uncredited lead on this track was Jo-Carol (Jo-Carol Block Davidson) who was a backing singer for Patrick Cowley and half of the Jo-Lo group.

Mirage released numerous megamixes during the Eighties. Many of them were produced by Nigel Wright, sometimes together with Nigel Stock, John Davies & Robin Sellars. Mirage's vocalists included Kiki Billy, Nicos Griffiths, Tracy Ackerman and Carlos Griffiths.

Active between 1983 and 1991.

Real Name: Tracy Lee Ackerman

Tracy Ackerman is a British singer and songwriter. She has worked with several other British songwriters including Andy Watkins and Paul Wilson of Absolute and Mark Taylor.

She has recorded several of her own tracks and had a hit single in 1993 with the band Q with a cover of the Brenda Russell's hit, "Get Here". Other early work included singing lead on "Ice" on Rick Wakeman's 1988 solo album Time Machine, and with 80s cover groups Enigma, This Year's Blonde & Mirage.

Tracy also sang backing vocals on some of Shakatak's albums. She also toured with Boyzone and Dead or Alive,as well as doing backing vocals with Tessa Niles during Eric Clapton's 1988 immensely successful anniversary tour.
Ackerman was schooled at Gordano School between 1973 and 1978, and currently lives in Berkshire. She is married to successful property developer Steve Bromwich.

Prolific recording artist and writer, active from the early 1980s until present.

Real Name: Marsha White

Marsha Raven released her first hit single "I Like Plastic" (B-side "Angel 43") in 1982 (Red Bus Records) London, England.

In 1984 Marsha released her second single "Catch Me (I'm Falling in Love)" the international mega hit (Passion Records) was written and produced by Ian Anthony Stephens followed by "False Alarm", "Don't Make Me Cry" and "SOS". In 1987, Ian Levine produced her monster dance floor hit "That Jealous Sensation" (Record Shack Records) and in 1995 'The Best of Marsha Raven'.

Active between 1982 and 1998.

British Hi-NRG singer, first appearing in 1979 with "Queen of Fools", then releasing a large number of tracks in the 1980s and 1990.

Charade was formed in 1983 by Geoff Rivell and Fred Bolero for Passion Records, with Norma Lewis providing the vocals.

Later Heather Small was added as her pseudonym name "Charade".

Most releases were between 1983 and 1985 with a final track released in 1994.

Disco group created by producer - songwriter Simon Soussan.

Their biggest hit was "Love And Desire" (1978) which was re-released in 1983 on Passion Records.
